Our team

Development

Our people are our most valuable asset. Their knowledge and expertise ensures that projects are delivered with the utmost quality and professionalism every day.

That's why we invest a lot of time in the development and training of our service engineers. All employees stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry maintenance market. Each employee has their own competence profile, which is evaluated on a yearly basis. This motivates them to keep growing within our company.

In addition, our many years of experience within the maintenance sector have provided a knowledge database on various industrial machines, installations and applications.

This database guides our team when working with clients. After all, the right maintenance investments ensure durable, reliable and high-quality machinery.

Safety

Our engineers are out and about every day, in the workshop and out in the field, coming into contact with substantial mechanical and electrical equipment. There are certain security risks associated with this and Van Meer does everything possible to minimise these risks. For instance, all technical staff receive their VCA training, workplace inspections are organised, and an LMRA is always carried out before work begins. Employees are also provided with the appropriate PPE, tools and resources to deliver each project in a safe and professional manner.

Ergonomics and 5S

Besides a safe workplace, we believe it is important to motivate our team and that they work in a pleasant work environment. For this reason, we operate a 5S programme at Van Meer where technical staff can suggest improvements.

Join our team!

Van Meer is experiencing exponential growth. We're looking for energetic, dynamic and ambitious employees to join our team and get to work on new client projects. Are you willing to take on the challenge and grow with us?
