Available all year round

The intervention team state 24 hours, 365 days available in case of calamities, malfunctions or necessary support. Through our general number you can get in touch with a service representative outside office hours, weekends and holidays with whom the problem or malfunction can be discussed. After analyzing the situation and in close consultation with the customer, the right action will be taken. This can include a service technician or team that is sent on site to solve the malfunction, but it can also be an urgent delivery of a rotating machine from the available stock.
